Setting each knob in correct position opens the electromagnetic lock. You can set the knob as OFF by leaving it pointing to the left, or ON when turning it to the right, and then a blue light is turned on. Green light means the puzzle is solved and lock is opened. Eight knobs are included in one set. Sound effects are saved on SD card and can be changed by user.
